Job Title:  Sales Manager 

Job Description:

Biologix is looking to hire a Sales Manager whom will be stationed within our China branch office. We are looking for an individual who can:  Effectively manage a team of inside sales personnel to ensure daily work is completed according the Biologix standards of sales and customer service; provide daily/weekly reporting of sales updates, trends, new customer leads, (etc) to the Director of Marketing and Sales in the U.S. headquarter office; negotiate, provide customer service for, and engage in business development with high profile/large scale customers; manage and evaluate all aspects of the sales order process to ensure each order progresses through the system as intended; attend industry trade shows around the world to meet and discuss business opportunities with Biologix customers or potential customers.

Required Qualifications:

To qualify for this position, one is required to have:  Previous sales and management experience; the ability to read, write and speak both English and Chinese fluently; minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree education attained; a positive attitude and motivated work ethic; excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking, as well as management and teamwork skills. It is preferred that the applicant has a basic knowledge of scientific research and/or its corresponding market, however it is not required.
