Terms:

The purchaser shall pay 100% of the total price listed on the invoice within thirty (30) days after the invoice date. If payment is not received within thirty days, the account may be placed on hold, and a late fee of 1.5% per month may be incurred until payment is received.

Pricing:

Pricing of products are based on current published Biologix Research Company, LLC prices or on negotiated contract or quoted prices. All prices are in US dollars. Biologix Research Company, LLC reserves the right to adjust/correct prices due to market conditions or data entry error. Biologix Research Company, LLC does not charge any sales tax for our laboratory consumables for tax exempt entities.

Shipping:

All orders are generally shipped within 8 hours of receiving the order if received on or before 2:00 p.m. Central Time Monday through Friday. All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground services, unless otherwise specified. 2nd day and overnight shipments can be scheduled for additional costs. Shipping charges are prepaid and added to the invoice for standard FedEx ground service. Additional shipping methods/carriers are available upon request. Biologix Research Company, LLC will not be liable for any claim, loss, or damage caused in whole or in part by delays in shipping because of matters out of the control of Biologix Research Company, LLC.

Returns:

Products must be returned, prepaid, within 30 days of receipt in their original packaging and in re-sellable condition. Please provide the product invoice number and reason for return. A restocking fee will apply for orders which were filled correctly. Special order/custom products and discontinued products are not eligible for return. Any return request must be authorized before credit is provided.  Credit/replacement will not be issued until the returned products are received at the Biologix Research Company, LLC warehouse and evaluated to be in re-sellable condition. Biologix Research Company, LLC defines re-sellable condition as a condition which will allow a return to stock without re-labeling, repackaging, or further handling. No opened packages will be considered re-sellable.

Claims:

It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect all packages upon receipt. If any damage or loss occurs to your ordered items during shipment, please report the details immediately to the carrier and to Biologix Research Company within 5 days of delivery. Biologix is not responsible for damage to outer cartons caused by transit; however, concealed damage or loss may be reported to Biologix for further evaluation and possible replacement.

Product Guarantee:

Biologix Research Company, LLC guarantees 100% satisfaction or your money back. We guarantee the products to be free of defects in workmanship and material. Biologix will replace any defective material upon notification and authorization within 30 days of receipt. Our products are described as accurately as possible, but design improvements require occasional changes and we reserve the right to change our specifications and product offering at any time without prior notice.

Warranties and Liabilities:

Biologix Research Company, LLC accepts no responsibility and shall not be held liable for loss, damage, expense, consequential, or accidental damage. This includes, but not limits to, damage to property, person, or premises resulting from the use of these products. Biologix Research Company, LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including without limitation, the warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will Biologix Research Company, LLC be liable for consequential damages arising from the use of its products.
