This office is responsible for:

• - Product development
• - Manufacturer management
• - Quality Control/Quality Assurance
• - Production and logistic scheduling
• - Warehousing 
• - Export clearance
• - International shipping and scheduling
• - Insurance processing 

Primarily all customer service is conducted through our U.S. Headquarter office, however a large portion of post-sales customer service for international distributors is conducted from this China branch office.
